Lake Annecy and its mountains seen from above

The venue

Guided boat trip on Lake Annecy and past its lakeside villages. The second-largest lake of glacial origin in France, excluding the French part of Lake Geneva, it formed at the end of the last ice age, between the Bornes and Bauges mountain ranges.

From the water, the group discovers Annecy and the Île des Cygnes, then the shores lined with Veyrier-du-Lac, Menthon-Saint-Bernard, Talloires, Duingt and Sevrier. Passenger navigation has a long history here: the steamer Couronne de Savoie was already sailing in 1861. The Roc de Chère, a nature reserve, drops into the lake in cliffs.

For groups : Groups are welcome from 20 people, on reservation. Guided cruises last from 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes, and lunch or dinner cruises last 2 hours. The commentary is given in French, with English, Dutch, Spanish and Italian versions available on board via a QR code. The boats can also be privatised in whole or in part for a group or a corporate event.
