The venue
A retrospective of Peugeot’s industrial and automotive history. Opened in 1988 at the initiative of the Peugeot family, the Musée de l’Aventure Peugeot is located in Sochaux, in the Doubs, close to the historic Sochaux-Montbéliard industrial site.
It displays a collection of the brand’s vehicles, as well as objects made by the company’s former divisions, such as mills, tools and sewing machines. The visit traces the development of a family business, from everyday objects to the automobile, in a region deeply shaped by industry.
For groups : The museum can be visited independently or with a guide, in French or English, and an audio guide is offered as an app for tablet or smartphone. A brasserie is located on site. The Salons de l'Europe and the Rodolphe Peugeot space host lunches, conferences and seminars for groups of 10 to more than 500 people.
