Futuroscope

European park of the moving image and immersive technologies. Opened in 1987 in the communes of Chasseneuil-du-Poitou and Jaunay-Marigny, some ten kilometres north of Poitiers, Futuroscope is a leisure park focused on technology, science and innovation. In the 1990s, it was nicknamed “the European park of the image”.

Its attractions combine image projection and sensory experiences, with futuristic, playful or more thrilling themes. The park has been honoured three times with a Thea Award from the Themed Entertainment Association. It is one of the most visited leisure parks in France and has its own TGV and TER station, as well as direct access from the A10 motorway.

For groups : The group rate applies from 20 people aged five and over, not counting the coach driver, for bookings made at least four days in advance (thirty days are recommended). Adult groups can book dated tickets or stays with hotel accommodation, as well as meal packages in the park's restaurants. The ticket also includes the evening show, « La Clé des songes ».
