The Basque Country lives to the rhythm of its festivals, with music, dancing and local produce in the spotlight. Depending on the calendar, this group trip lets you experience the highlights of the season: the Bayonne ham fair, the Saint-Jean-de-Luz festivities, the Basque cake festival in Cambo-les-Bains and the Espelette pepper festival.

HAM FAIR IN BAYONNErnThis is the Bayonne locals’ favourite festival: a kind of mini Fêtes de Bayonne, more local, more intimate and above all more gastronomic!
You will stroll through the streets of Bayonne with your guide, who will show you all the best addresses, and enjoy the music, the parade of the brotherhood and a meal reserved for you in the very heart of the festivities!
SAINT-JEAN-DE-LUZ FESTIVALrnFor the occasion, the people of Saint-Jean-de-Luz dress in red and black. This human-scale event features all the hallmarks of Basque festivals (dancing, traditional music, parades, typical meals) in the mild climate of June.
GÂTEAU BASQUE FESTIVALrnEvery first weekend of October, Cambo-les-Bains celebrates the gâteau basque. In the birthplace of this pastry, famous far beyond the borders of the Basque Country, you will enjoy the market, street entertainment, many tastings and a festive meal.
ESPELETTE PEPPER FESTIVALrnIn a festive atmosphere, you will discover the façades of the village of Espelette covered with strings of freshly picked peppers.
Tastings, local produce market and a gourmet meal in the heart of the festive village.
