Trip description
Aligot, roquefort, tripoux, fouace: the Aveyron is a land of generous gastronomy. This gourmet group trip lets you meet the producers, from an Aubrac buron to the Roquefort cellars, with a stop in Laguiole, famous for its cheese and knives, and visits to local artisans.

Visit of the chocolate factory run by the nuns of the Abbaye de Bonneval.
Lunch on the Aubrac in a buron (traditional mountain hut) – Buron du Couderc / Buron Bastide: aligot/truffade/sausage.
Visit of Laguiole, its cheese cellars, Laguiole and its famous knives. Discovery of the Fouace from the Laguiole bakery – Maison Roux.
Visit of the Manoir d’Alexandre in Espalion.
